We went in the store (14 April) looking for some patio furniture in the poly wood. And we were in a rush. After leaving we noticed that we had lost or missed placed my wife's purse. We called the store and ask them to look around. We call back and they said that they had looked around and not found anything. There was only three places that we went to that day . my wife went back towards the store because we have the tile locator that we bought at Best Buy as soon as she pulled in the parking lot the tile locator on her phone told us that the tile was in range . at that point in time we knew that her purse was at the store. after asking and then stating she was going to call the police. Her purse mysteriously was found on the other end of the store where we never walk to at this point I'm writing this just state that honesty is a big part of customer service . a thief works there if it was not for tile . We would have lost time and a lot more. I do not recommend walking in there with anything other than the clothes on your back because if you leave it there you probably will never get it back. We purchased 2 end tables and a tv stand and could not be happier. They provided excellent service and excellent products. All the furniture is extremely heavy and well built. Remember, you get what you pay for.
